With over 30 years of experience in the global seed industry, Mr. T. B. Karunakara is the Founder and Director of Sankalp Seeds & Services. He has held leadership positions with leading multinational seed companies and previously served as head of vegetable field production – South APAC.
His expertise spans vegetable seed production, operations management, supply chain coordination, and quality systems. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale production programs across multiple countries while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.
Under his leadership, Sankalp Seeds & Services has grown into a trusted production and supply partner for seed companies worldwide, delivering quality, reliability, and long-term value.

Aniket Mapari
Aniket Mapari is an agriculture professional with a Master’s degree in plant breeding and genetics and many years of practical experience in vegetable seed production.
Being the son of Mr. Ramdas Mapari, a well-known seed production expert with decades of experience in the seed industry, Aniket was introduced to seed production at an early age. Growing up on a seed production farm, he developed a strong passion for agriculture and seed technology.
Over the years, Aniket has been actively involved in the production of hybrid vegetable seeds, working closely with growers, technical teams, and seed companies. His experience covers crop planning, field monitoring, quality management, and seed production operations. His academic background in plant breeding, combined with hands-on field experience, allows him to understand both the scientific and practical aspects of seed production.
As a Founder Member and Director of Sankalp Seeds and Services, Aniket is dedicated to building reliable seed production partnerships and delivering high-quality seed production services. He believes in continuous learning, innovation, and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the seed production process.
